Event Description

Come join us to make a Ojos de dios! Ojos de Dios, which translates to "Eye of God" in Spanish, is a ritual object and cultural symbol that originated with the Huichol people of Mexico. The Huichol people believed that Ojos de Dios protected them and brought good luck. The center of the object represented the sun and the power to see and understand things that are normally unseen. The ends of the sticks represented the four elements and the four cardinal directions.

Seating is limited. Registration is required.
